From callers (your customers): when Aria handles a call for a client business, we may collect the caller's phone number, name, the audio and transcript of the call, appointment details, and any information the caller provides in order to be helped or booked.
Automatically from our website: basic usage data such as pages visited and general device information, collected through standard web technologies and cookies.
